Commissioner Bob Coleman reports on the hearing this afternoon in Federal Court before Judge Lisa Godby Wood who, after listening to both sides drone on, asked that the four Commissioners named in the suit (Thaw, Hogan, Linn, Clark) be present tomorrow at noon -- presumably the Judge will render a decision on the injunction stated in the suit at that time in advance of the County Commission meeting tomorrow at 6pm....
